Bought the oversized sneakers a couple days ago. Information technology looks aesthetic but hurts your anxiety and leg the outset few days🤣 Honestly only similar Jordans, I needed to suspension them first and at present information technology's comfortable lol.. Alexander McQueen oversized sneckers

I had bought the Alexander McQueen oversized Snickers recently and was delighted with the look and the fit when I tried them on in the store. Merely afterwards wearing them for a day, I must say this the worst shoes I have ever worn. They are incredibly uncomfortable to wear. The sole doesn't bend as you lot walk; it forces your human foot to slide as if you are skiing. And what is most annoying, these shoes make various squeaking noises as you lot walk. I would non recommend these shoes to anyone who enjoys walking.

Worse customer service I have e'er experienced. They give a delivery date with free express shipping. Ordered on eleven/iv order is however processing. I have chosen everyday and still take not received my order. They are playing games on the phone. Not answering my calls. Hanging up on me. Non understanding at all why I'grand frustrated. I volition never order from this website again. Truly unprofessional

Terrible service from a premium company. I have always bought from companies that sell Alexander McQueen but seen these trainers and thought I love them. Well what a joke, stated delivery 4th August and rang 3 times, got three different answers and now told I have to await x days in total. A big company like this demand sorting or fugitive not happy at all and exercise not reply to emails

Rude customer service

I emailed with a query through the website which said I should receive a response inside 48 hours. A week later I spoke to the customer service advisor through live chat. It started well, simply then they merely ignored my question and cutting me off. I reconnected with the aforementioned person and they were completely dismissing what I was asking and sending dorsum generic answers. They then but completely ignored me until I gave up. What a horrible experience; I would take expected improve from a brand like this. I often shop with Gucci and their customer service is just excellent in comparison.

Terrible customer service, the prices are of a real brand, but no service at all. Practice not purchase there anything. I bought two items, not of them arrived, they refuse to refund me challenge the issue is between me and the carrier. I basically lost a lot of money. Poorly made, crap jewellery

I was bought a bracelet in March from Alexander McQueen,pearls and skulls. It bankrupt afterward a couple of weeks, establish information technology lying on the floor of a restaurant I was dining in. I contacted AMcQ and they were very unhelpful, they advised it couldn't exist stock-still without receipt or lodge number fifty-fifty though I had the box etc information technology came in. My friend couldn't observe the receipt, embarrassing I had to inquire. Got information technology stock-still myself, jeweller told me it was very poor quality. I had also bought a heavy silver AMQ bracelet for my husband at Xmas, information technology currently is in a jewellers as the lock fell out. I cost £threescore to set. Products are extremely poor quality

Bought my starting time (and final) pair of trainers around one year ago. Over the by few months the sole has started to tear away from the shoe. To be articulate I only use the trainers for special occasions and care for them with the upmost respect.

I contacted AM about the issues and subsequently sending them back for inspection, they find further flaws. Information technology'south near similar a self-confession that their products are crap. However, they blamed me for the condition they were in!

The way they described them, it was as if I had been using them to mount climb, or possibly using them as a brake for a motorbike.

Anyway, I take spoken to my credit card company and they say I take a instance and they will heighten a dispute to recover my funds.

customer service is atrocious and shoes ain't much better. bought a pair last year but wearable sometimes as i similar to keep my proficient shoes in good condition then when tying my laces i day they ripped at the band pulling the ring off from the shoe and not can't vesture them. i would await that of a 10 pound pair of primark shoes just not a 360 pound pair. Contacted selfridges where i bought them they said they would pass on to alexander mcqueen as they practice repairs and aftersales. all i have got from them is you r not on our organisation fifty-fifty idea i told them i hadn't bought them directly from them and never heard a word back from them. it'due south absolutely a ridiculous visitor who clearly don't have a clue what they are doing or don't care and i will non be ownership some other pair from them again or recommending them

Made an order

Made an social club, driver attempted twice and because I was in hospital, I received a carte du jour saying detail will go back to the seller.
I was happy with that and waiting for my refund.
One week later, as no refund, I called them and item was still in depo,for no reason.
They tried to tell me they have had a problem finding my accost, but how if I got the calling menu?
I opened an investigation and been told packet tin be delivered but it couldnt because they didnt accept time.
Opened a complain, they offered me five% off from the next gild ( who in this world would buy from them in the future after all this hassle? )
been in bear upon with Clarice from France, and been promised they will look into this over again, nothing happend :)
So I was 1month with no money, no parcel, no.refund.
Only promisses.
Been 2 months since then, and practice you think someone bothered to update me or to provide me.with a resolution?
No...and then.be careful :)

Detail missing - extremely poor online customer service

Ordered a pendant online as a gift for myself and only received the packaging with the pendant missing. I went through the whole process of complaining, I rang them minutes after delivery, took pictures, chased and chased them for aid via their electronic mail. Customer services offered no apologies, no refund, no replacement and just blamed information technology on the courier (DHL) who also took no responsibleness. Once they have your money they don't care and you just have to battle for a resolution. I had to enquire my bank for support as I was getting nowhere with Alexander McQueen. Would never always buy from them online again. I am sure if you are lucky and goose egg goes wrong then everything is great just if it does y'all are in for a headache. If you practice buy online just make sure y'all record every little detail of delivery and opening of the packet then you have endless evidence to hit them with should you have the unfortunate experience I had. I actually hope y'all don't!
